This is not a corporate marketing list or a product hype sequence. This is an invitation to contribute to the creation of an independent, local-first technological resource.

We are selecting early-stage builders to install early desktop builds, profile local model execution across diverse hardware specifications, and stress-test the modular Card interface prior to our wide open-source release.

• Hardware Enthusiasts & Builders operating custom GPU/CPU setups who want to help optimize local inference speeds across varied chip architectures.

Expected Contributions from Alpha Builders

1. Hardware Performance Profiling: Executing benchmark diagnostics to help our core engineering team refine local memory management across multiple operating systems.
2. Interface Stress-Testing: Constructing, running, and intentionally breaking complex Card chains to ensure the visual layout remains rock-solid and intuitive.
3. Pragmatic Development Feedback: Providing direct, telemetry-free technical critique to guide feature priorities and model integrations.

The structural alternative to corporate AI centralization will not build itself. Help us engineer it.
